You are looking at genuine Marshall Silver Jubilee tolex. This is the real thing and is extremely hard to find.
When buying Tolex in general, be aware that there are differences in quality with the Marshall-like or style tolex and the real thing:

The genuine tolex has cripser details in the pattern. -
The actual vinyl is more rugged and it will not flatten out when leaving objects on it (like the amp head on the cab).

The backing material is heavier, making it more tear resistant.
